      I have been helping people for 23 years successfully, Consulting and offering services on-line since 1984. My mission is to help you develop your own successful skill(s) building a New Home. What I offer is no nonsense one-to-one conversations over the phone. I'll give you blunt honest advice. It's good business to take advantage of my experience.

     Sorry, I don't offer email based consulting and I don't work with large corporations. I offer frank honest advice in real-time to real people, when you need it, from someone that has been in the Construction Industry, offering Internet, solutions, and Construction Management Services for over 35 years.

I work full time in the Field or at home, so most of the time I am available to help you immediately by E-mail 1st (first) and 2nd (second) by Phone. I will reply as soon as I see your email or within 24 to 72 hours. I can also speak with you briefly by phone at 1-866-953-6166, to make sure I can help you with the kinds of questions you have before turning on our consulting "clock." If you want me to prepare for the phone call in advance the time will be billed as a “Deposit” in advance of the actual phone call. Customer agrees that the deposit becomes full fee, is earned, due and collected upon prior to and upon presentation and / or client acceptance of any kind of viable resolution or solution, made by phone call.
