EVERYTHING A BUILDER DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW!

General Contracting
____________________________________________________________________________

When the details of a project have been worked out, the drawings completed and the schedule determined, a general lump-sum type of contract has proven to be the most economical.

We conduct preliminary site inspections prior to preparing our bid, to ensure that all site conditions are taken into account, and that the project costing will be as complete as possible. We then refer to our lengthy list of pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers, and select those that would be best suited to the project according to the following criteria:

Previous experience (type and size of project)
Current workload
General reliability
Competitiveness
Flexibility
Quality of workmanship
Schedule (appropriate manpower to suit)

The General Contracting tender submitted to you will include all the costs required to deliver a complete, professionally-managed project.
