4 STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION
(Single Family Home)

Foundation Schedule
Frame Schedule
Trim Schedule
Finish Schedule

The “Time Line Schedule” of events shown here is only a guide and is based off of a small to medium sized home, between 1,600 to 2,800 square feet, with a 110 to 120 day build time including Saturdays and Sundays (“Same Schedule” with larger homes between 3,200 to 3,600 square feet, a 135 day build time, because of [framing and drywall]). There will always be some areas that hold you up and others that you speed through. There is some overlap of tasks! For instance, while the roof is being shingled, the carpenters could build the interior room partitions, or while one crew is siding, the house, plumbers and electricians could work inside. Many of these tasks could take place at the same time or in a different order. It depends on how much of the home building project the Homeowner or Owner / Builder, is subcontracting out. Weather and the time of year you build your home will have an affect as well. Some things will take longer in cold weather.

$ SAVE INTEREST ON YOUR BANK DRAWS $
1A. * This Schedule is the Ultimate wizard and a very Aggressive (1 to 5 pages, about 458 tasks or events to perform from "Start to Finish" in about 12 weeks or 84 days of construction) of: 1) when to Call [an Order, Deliver, Drop, Measure, Install, Check, Walk-Thru or when to have Inspections] 2) The maximum action that will have a Trade In Your Home Everyday with NO vacant days or without any activity on a day by day schedule through-out construction from "Start to Finish") 3) you need a strong subcontractor base.

1B. Below (Scheduling Time Line) 8 Pages of detailed information with 4 Stages of Construction and 17 Phases totaling over 246 Steps of scheduling to do in the next 110 to 120 days to completion of the New house.
