  •  Day- by- Day / Step-by-Step Schedule for all trades
  •  2 Time Line Scheduling Choices (Scheduling is the most important part of building)

The “Time Line Schedule” of events shown here is only a guide and is based off of a small to medium sized home, between 1,600 to 2,800 square feet, with a 110 to 120 day build time including Saturdays and Sundays (“Same Schedule” with larger homes between 3,200 to 3,600 square feet, a 135 day build time, because of [framing and drywall]). There will always be some areas that hold you up and others that you speed through. There is some overlap of tasks! For instance, while the roof is being shingled, the carpenters could build the interior room partitions, or while one crew is siding, the house, plumbers and electricians could work inside. Many of these tasks could take place at the same time or in a different order. It depends on how much of the home building project the Homeowner or Owner / Builder, is subcontracting out. Weather and the time of year you build your home will have an affect as well. Some things will take longer in cold weather.

He oversee all projects, bringing his considerable knowledge of construction, management and meticulous administrator with administration to bear on every job.

Custom Home construction experience dates back to 1984 and many years before this time. Early on after dealing with over seventy suppliers and sub-contractors and having almost a thousand things to think about when building, John developed a Quality Assurance Control Inspection Checklist to manage his projects. It has grown from a couple of pages with less than seventy five items to over hundred pages with over 600 items. Also, John has developed several different Quality Assurance Control Inspection Checklist .

In the late 1980’s John learned the importance of Market Value during his career by dealing in Building and Real Estate. John has see other homeowner who hired a remodeler to perform an extensive renovation of there home and seeing the City Building Inspector shut down the job twice and being behind schedule and over budget, John ended up coming to contract with the homeowner and finishing the project.

John’s passion for building was renewed and his custom building career took off. Since that time John have continually though about sharing his BUILDING EXPERIENCES and Quality Assurance Control Inspection Checklist concept with other so they would NOT make the same mistakes as other homeowner and builders did. John continually heard of building horror stories.

Many are from past potential clients who chose a competitor only because they were cheaper or have requested us to take over a job after the client fired the first contractor!! They listened to a salesperson feed them what they wanted to hear, NOT THE TRUTH !! The internet has given you the opportunity to share his experiences and knowledge with you the OWNER – BUILDER / HOMEOWNER, BUILDING CLIENT, and as well as a BUILDER / CONSULTANT, MORTGAGE BROKER and REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE for the OWNER

Look at US as if we were your ATTORNEY for the Owner /Builder
But,
 John is not an Attorney
